I won't say it out loud...

I will not say it out loud in fears of jinxing myself BUT... Caleb has been 8 days WITHOUT  a plastic/cotton, size 6 product with tabs and silly Disney characters on them, that come in a box at Walmart, Target, Kmart, Shopko, Walgreens...anywhere! We started "This Process" over a year ago (372 days ago!) and I think (and hope) something is starting to click. We have never made it this many days. It will be a welcoming milestone in his life (and ours) if things continue to go well.
Caleb started Primary this month. I really can't believe he is in Primary. He loves it! He loves his teacher and being able to sit and sing and have a lesson. Here is a picture of him on his first day.

 Now tell me he doesn't look proud to be going to primary! I love this kid!!!

Zane had to go on a business trip to Texas for a week. I was happy to say that I actually held down the fort quite well. Evenings were hard and I didn't sleep at night but I figured if the kids were fed, dressed, bathed, given attention to, and put to bed, I was doing pretty well. I was so excited for Zane to come home that I was at the airport 30 minutes early just in hopes that his plane would land early. It didn't though...in fact it was 10 minutes late. We had a happy reunion and the kids were excited to see him.

Zane and I were able to take a day and go snow machining with his family. My sister watched Caleb and Emma and we hit the mountains for a day. It was so fun and such a nice break to get out and enjoy the fresh air.






Emma is growing up fast...way too fast. She just turned 5 months and it's killing me! I love her little personality and cute smiles she gives me every time she sees me. She knows how to warm my heart! She is such a good baby! Caleb adores her and I love being able to see the two of them interact so well.







That about sums up our month! Looking forward to February because it's a month closer to summer!
